RN - Nursing Float Pool, 0.9 FTE, NightsWhat You'll Do- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Delegate care appropriately while supporting team success.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
- Continue advancing your knowledge through professional development and education.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Minimum two years of acute care nursing experience caring for patients with complex medical needs.
- ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required.
- Relevant non-RN ICU or ED experience may also be considered.
Preferred- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
