Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for the Long Term Care Unit!

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of nursing care in a long-term care unit. The successful candidate will have the support of charge nurses, an Assistant Unit Manager, an Assistant Director of Nursing, and an array of internal departments!

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State
  • Possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in a health-care facility.
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork, morale and productivity.
  • Strong verbal, written interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
