Full Job Description
RN Nurse Manager for the Bridges Acute Care Crisis Psychiatric Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This is a full-time leadership position. Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the inpatient nursing unit and/or FTE's over 50 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
