Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and heart rhythms.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management post-discharge.
  • Document patient progress and treatments accurately in electronic health records.

RN - North Tele at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
