Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in skilled nursing or LTC setting preferred
• Active State or Compact RN License
• BLS certification from AHA
• Experience with geriatric patients
• Strong communication and assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Develop and implement care plans
• Perform wound care and other nursing interventions
• Document patient progress and care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and families
• Ensure resident safety and promote quality of life
