Darlene began her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a PCT prior to completing nursing school and then working as a nurse in the CCU. In a short span, she showcased her capabilities, earning promotions to Lead Clinical RN and Assistant Nurse Manager in 2019. Her journey continued when she later transferred to HCMC. Darlene is not only a proficient leader but also a mentor who actively supports the professional growth of RNs. She oversees three vital units: The Intensive Care Unit, the Special Care Unit (IMCU) and Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Nursing. Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in nursing (Required)
• RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• 2 years of ICU/Critical Care experience preferred

• Charge Nurse, supervisory or leadership experience preferred
