Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Assessment: Performs appropriate history and physical assessment upon admission and on an ongoing basis, per facility policy.
  • Planning: In conjunction with the patient and family, develops individualized patient plan of care based on nursing diagnosis. Identifies short and long term goals including discharge planning consistent with individualized patient care.
  • Implementation: Evaluates and documents the patient/family response to nursing interventions related to the stated goals and the overall effectiveness of the care plan. Revises plan of care based on evaluation and individualized patient care needs.
  • Evaluation: Evaluates and documents the patient and family response to nursing interventions related to the stated goals and the overall effectiveness of the care plan. Revises plan of care based on evaluation and individualized patient care needs.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
  • Identifies changes in patient’s condition and intervenes appropriately
Job Requirements

Required

  • Labor and Delivery: Registered Nurse with (1) year of Labor and Delivery experience
  • Registered Nurses with (1) year of acute care work experience will be considered on an individual basis
  • Labor and Delivery: (1) year L&D experience or more, intermediate fetal monitoring upon hire
  • With less than (1) year or no L&D experience, basic fetal monitoring within the orientation process
  • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days
