Alliance Nursing is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to work alongside our Director of Nursing and support clinical operations across our organization. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and helping teams succeed while remaining connected to clinical care.

You'll serve as a clinical resource, leader, and operational partner, helping ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and clinical excellence wherever support is needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Active Washington State RN license
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience
  • Experience caring for medically complex patients
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions

Preferred:
  • Charge nurse, supervisory, management, or leadership experience
  • Home health, private duty, long-term care, or Adult Family Home experience
  • Experience with quality assurance or compliance activities
  • Experience mentoring or training nursing staff
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
  • BSN

Compensation

$48-$60/hour DOE

Compensation is based on overall clinical experience, leadership background, independence, and expected contribution within the role.
