As the RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor, youll play a vital leadership role in ensuring exceptional patient care across our cardiology practices. Youll partner closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical staff to create an efficient, patient-centered environment while mentoring and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to continue caring for patients while helping shape the future of ambulatory cardiology care.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for clinical nursing staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care and staff engagement.
• Oversee clinical workflows to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support professional growth.
• Partner with physicians, advanced practitioners, and practice leadership to improve operations and patient outcomes.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and service excellence initiatives.
• Serve on departmental and interdisciplinary committees.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support practice operations.

• Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
• 8-hour shifts, Flexible schedule based on practice and staffing needs
• MondayFriday
• No weekendsor holidays

This role supports our Cardiology practices located in:

• Springfield, MA  3300 Main Street
• Northampton, MA  325B King Street
• Greenfield, MA  164 High Street
• Travel to these locations is required in this role

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS Required
• 45 years of clinical nursing experience required
• True leadership experience is required--Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• BSN preferred; ADN Required
• Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills
• Demonstrated success building engaged, high-performing clinical teams
