RN Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team of professionals in Nursing-Clinical Operations on the
Evening shift.
Key Tasks Include:- Supervise delivery of clinical care and related services.
- Monitor compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
- Provide staff support as needed.
- Conduct investigations and inform management of complaints, concerns and occurrences.
- As requested, participate in planning and conducting in-service education programs, as needed.
Required Qualifications:- New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
- Previous experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facility
- Previous experience as an RN supervisor
