  • Serve as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty.
  • Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives.
  • Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities.

Full Job Description
This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI. Pay: Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position. We are seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to:
  • Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
  • Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
  • Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty of care.
  • Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives
  • Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities
