What you'll be doing:
  • Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient's nursing needs.
  • Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
  • Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
  • Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
  • Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
  • Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

Job Type and Pay: PRN, Part time and Full-time
  • $42-$52/hr

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
  • Must have current BLS Certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • Weekends as needed
  • Full time, Part time and PRN


Compensation: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
