In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient9s stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timelydocumentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
QualificationsEducation High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredExperience Consistent demonstration of proficient clinical nursing practice proficiency requiredLicenses and Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required DisclaimersPay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
