Summary About the Role: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to the departmental Manager. Clinically and administratively supports the team. Monitors staffing and scheduling, develops a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies, is actively engaged in patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization, and improvement of departmental efficiencies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities: As an RN Assistant Nurse Manager with the Operating Room at Sinai Hospital, you will:
- Manage the daily operations and flow
- Manage and engage team building and performance
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Certification: American Heart Association BLS
- Experience:
- At least two years of Operating Room nursing experience
- One year of leadership experience
