RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at The Heights of Bulverde

As the RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will serve as a key member of the clinical leadership team, partnering with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice and resident care.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of nurses and CNAs by fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary leaders to implement best practices that enhance resident outcomes, quality measures, and overall quality of life.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations while promoting a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
  • Serving as a trusted clinical resource and mentor, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, residents, and families.
  • Participating in the clinical on-call rotation, providing leadership support and clinical decision-making after hours, weekends, and holidays to help ensure consistent, high-quality resident care and effective response to resident and operational needs.
  • Assisting with quality assurance initiatives, surveys, audits, staff education, and performance improvement efforts to drive clinical excellence across the community.

What You Bring
  • A current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required.
