- MUST be licensed in Wisconsin
What You'll Do- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring- Current RN or LPN License - Wisconsin
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Passion for improving the lives of residents
