Risk Transformation and Delivery Senior Analyst

Role Summary

The Risk Transformation and Delivery Senior Analyst supports the Risk Management leadership team in driving strategic execution, operating effectiveness, and enterprise alignment. This role partners closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Risk leadership, and key enterprise functions to deliver high-quality executive materials, manage strategic initiatives, and support the day-to-day operating cadence of the Risk organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytically strong professional with excellent communication skills and experience working in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Strategy and Operating Rhythm Support
    • Support the Risk Management leadership team in executing strategic priorities, governance routines, and operating rhythms.
    • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Executive and Board Materials
    • Prepare, review, and coordinate senior management- and Board-level materials related to the Bank's risk profile, risk appetite, and key risk themes.
    • Ensure materials are accurate, clear, and aligned with enterprise messaging and regulatory expectations.
  • Enterprise Collaboration
    • Partner with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, Human Resources, and other enterprise functions to support CRO and Risk leadership performance goals.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, leadership communications, talent-related activities, and workforce needs across the Risk organization.
  • Budget, Vendor, and Resource Management
    • Assist the Head of Risk Transformation in managing the Risk organization's budget, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
    • Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, contract coordination, performance tracking, and expense oversight.
  • Strategic and Special Projects
    • Support the Risk leadership team in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and special projects.
    • Conduct analysis, prepare presentations, and track milestones to ensure successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in risk management, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a related function.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and written materials for senior management audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a large, regulated financial institution.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.
  • Exposure to budget management, vendor oversight, or transformation initiatives.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for senior audiences.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $94,000-$134,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
