We are a very collaborative team and we offer great training & mentorship for new graduates through our RISE Mentorship Program. Our program is structured & supportive. We are here to provide you with the skills needed to begin your new journey as a licensed veterinarian.

What You Can Expect: Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence

Who We're Looking For: New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support
Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location)
Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning
Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:$140,000-$150,000
All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus
Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave

CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE
