We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time RF Test Systems Engineer I located onsite in McKinney, TX supporting Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) Test Automation.
The Test Automation Department (TAD) is responsible for the design and development of test equipment, hardware and software for a wide range of products and customers. The STaRS Test Automation section within TAD is a growing and highly motivated team who consistently provide quality on-time, on-cost solutions to support external and internal customers seeking innovative and economical solutions for their product lines.
This section also supports change incorporation and obsolescence redesign efforts of various legacy systems in direct support of production capabilities.
This position is 100% onsite in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot test equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs
Support Lead Test Development engineers in the design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, antenna subassemblies and power supplies/computing subassemblies
Analyze data and develop solutions or alternative methods that optimize performance and increase efficiency of work
Facilitate project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
Work independently and drive toward goals with moderate supervision
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Requires less than two (2) years of relevant engineering experience with emphasis in Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering
Experience working and communicating effectively within cross functional teams such as test personnel, electrical, software, mechanical, etc
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of RF technology across Communications and Radar systems
Experience working with both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments
Experience with test software such as MATLAB, Test Stand, Test Executive, etc.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
