Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Engineering team is seeking an RF engineer who will provide technical leadership to resolve issues that may arise during assembly, production testing, and integration of complex RF/Microwave products. The ideal engineer will demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills, while working effectively with program management, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to support the objectives of a high-impact defense program.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments
  • Work with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction
  • Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
  • Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements
  • Work with Lead Engineers on design updates
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills within fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to collaborate and thrive in team-oriented settings
  • Broad experience with RF/Microwave test equipment to test/troubleshoot RF/Microwave, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits at the module and component level
  • Ability to balance multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Active Clearance required on day one

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • System level troubleshooting for digital, analog, and power circuits
  • Transfer to production of new or existing designs
  • Familiar with FPGA and Programmable Logic design
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as MATLAB and simulation software (Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS)
  • Experience in failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations

This position requires you to have an active government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
