Job Summary:The RF Engineering team is seeking someone who will provide technical leadership to resolve issues that may arise during assembly, production testing, and integration of complex RF/Microwave products. The ideal engineer will demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills, while working effectively with program management, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to support the objectives of a high-impact defense program.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments
- Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
- Work with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction
- Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements
- Work with Lead Engineers on design updates
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills within fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to collaborate and thrive in team-oriented settings
- Experience with test equipment to test/troubleshoot RF/Microwave circuits at the module and component level
- Experience using data analysis tools such as MATLAB and simulation software (Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS)
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required on day one
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience testing/troubleshooting analog, digital and mixed signal circuits at the module and component level
- System level troubleshooting for digital, analog, and power circuits
- Transfer to production of new or existing designs
- Familiar with FPGA and Programmable Logic design
- Ability to work on multiple programs in the same timeframe
- Experience in failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
