In this role, you ensure that requests are validated, documented, and processed in alignment with established policies while partnering closely with command elements, field units, and interagency stakeholders. You maintain secure and accurate records of nominations, approvals, disbursements, and supporting documentation, enabling full transparency and audit readiness. You develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures that enhance consistency and accountability across all program activities. You assess legal, ethical, and security considerations to identify risks and ensure compliant execution, while advising leadership on program trends, operational impacts, and opportunities for improvement. You Have: - Experience coordinating, administering, or supporting structured programs involving validation, documentation, and processing of requests, nominations, or approvals
- Experience maintaining secure, accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness, accountability, and transparency
- Experience collaborating with command elements, field units, or interagency partners to support mission-focused program execution
- Experience analyzing program data, metrics, or workflows to identify gaps and develop recommendations
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant execution of program activities
- Ability to assess legal, ethical, and security considerations to identify risks and ensure compliant operations
- Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders regarding program trends, operational impacts, and areas for improvement
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Joint Service operations, or 10+ years of experience in Joint Service operations in lieu of degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience developing, refining, or enforcing standard operating procedures for program administration
- Experience with rewards, incentive, recognition, or sensitive operational programs in a defense, intelligence, or interagency environment
- Experience producing program-level trend analyses, dashboards, or reports to inform leadership decision-making
- Knowledge of audit standards, compliance frameworks, or records management requirements for sensitive mission programs
- Master's degree in a related field

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
