Requisition Summary

The Reverse Logistics Manager leads over 20 team members of the Credits & Returns, Warranty, and EZTrac departments, overseeing the daily operations of three critical departments while driving strategic, data-driven initiatives that increase revenue, reduce costs and deliver excellent customer experience. This position involves building and managing relationships with PPD, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and PACCAR dealers.

The Reverse Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the annual budgets for all three departments and advancing technology, AI continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. This highly visible leadership position offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional business outcomes and drive meaningful impact across the organization.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage operations activity for EZTrac Renton, Credits & Returns, and Warranty, including employee development and staffing.
  • Leads problem solving and promotes change management using monthly productivity metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of management at both dealer level, and PACCAR management regarding policies and procedures for all three departments.
  • Manage technical projects for ongoing CRM enhancements to support all three departments.
  • Lead transformative Six Sigma projects focused on operational excellence and waste reduction across Credits & Returns, EZTrac, and Warranty.
  • Implement process improvements for supply chain operations for both outbound shipments from Supplier to PACCAR Parts Distribution Centers/Dealers, and reverse logistics shipments from Dealers back to Suppliers/PACCAR Parts Distribution Centers.
  • Manage PACCAR Parts core eligibility across supplier and dealer processes, supporting SOX audit requirements and maintaining process control.
  • Maintain compliant department policies and procedures that support reverse logistics process control and communicate updates to management and dealer leadership.
  • Lead strategic leadership meetings to review department results, identify opportunities, and align action items.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 of professional and leadership experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
  • Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in multiple departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results driven
  • PC skills with MS Office Products (Data Analytics and AI as a plus)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of remanufactured parts and aftersales
  • Six Sigma Trained: Lean Belt preferred
  • Project management experience, including IT/technical project coordination
  • Relationship building across internal/external teams

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $119,100 - $168,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
