Description The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision making across sales and marketing functions by delivering performance insights, forecasting, reporting, and operational analytics. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and business leadership to optimize revenue performance, support strategic growth initiatives, manage commission reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems and platforms. Through analysis of key performance metrics, market trends, customer acquisition activities, and sales channel effectiveness, the Revenue Operations Manager provides actionable recommendations that improve business performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the achievement of company growth objectives
Essential Functions: - Sales & Marketing Performance Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards and regular reports on key KPIs; i.e. sales performance, market penetration, customer acquisition, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze funnel metrics across multiple sales channels.
- Commission Reporting: Calculate and validate monthly sales commissions based on performance metrics and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales leaders, Finance and Human Resources to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Sales Forecasting & Headcount Planning: Partner with leadership and sales management to build short and long-term sales forecasts and targets for multiple sales channels.
- Model sales headcount needs by market based on forecasted demand and strategic growth goals.
- Identify high-opportunity services areas and low penetration zones and report on progress against penetration targets.
- Watch trends, advise on opportunities for improvement, and provide market analysis based on take rates.
- Ensure data integrity and oversee marketing data integration with other platforms.
- Data Governance & Insights: Maintain data accuracy and completeness across all marketing and sales systems.
- Deliver actionable insights to support business growth initiatives, improve customer lifecycle management, and drive new customer acquisition.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Two years of relevant experience required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including a mastery of Excel
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools; e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, i.e. HubSpot or equivalent tools; Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, MailChimp, Constant Contact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and commissioned sales team environments
- Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $92,500. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
