Revenue Operations Leader, Services ExecutionThe Revenue Operations Leader will play a critical role in creating a unified, enterprise-level view of Services Execution revenue performance across a complex, multi-P&L environment. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, translate field execution realities into actionable insights, and enable leadership decision-making that improves revenue predictability and captures upside opportunities.
You will serve as a central partner connecting Services Execution / Field Operations and Scheduling Enablement COE to ensure the organization operates as a cohesive revenue system. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Revenue Orchestration: Build and maintain a single, cohesive revenue narrative across Services P&Ls, aligning assumptions, definitions, and timelines to support leadership decision-making.
- Opportunity Identification & Upside Capture: Identify and quantify revenue opportunities driven by backlog readiness, field capacity, and cross-BU coordination, recommending prioritization strategies that maximize enterprise value.
- Revenue Risk & Forecasting: Proactively identify revenue risks, develop scenario-based insights, and improve forecast confidence by linking execution realities to revenue expectations.
- Operating Rhythm & Governance: Establish and lead a structured revenue operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure risks and opportunities are surfaced early, and actions are clearly owned and executed.
- Field Operations Partnership: Partner with Services Execution and Field Operations to translate capacity constraints into revenue implications and align enterprise priorities with field deliverability.
- COE Collaboration: Leverage insights and analytics from the Scheduling Enablement COE, while providing feedback to improve signal quality and decision-making effectiveness.
- Executive Communication & Stakeholder Leadership: Develop executive-ready materials and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability across P&Ls and functions.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in operations, services, revenue operations, finance, or strategy roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking; ability to influence without authority; excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, expertise in building scalable reporting and performance analytics frameworks.
