YOUR IMPACT
As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing insightful reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. You will interpret complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
- Create and manage custom reports and conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific stakeholder needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data quality and streamline processes.
- Maintain and improve data infrastructure and processes.
- Stay current on trends and technologies in sales data analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations team members to ensure data is accurate and complete.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including Salesforce, SQL, Python, R, Qlik/Tableau, and Excel; SQL is a must-have.
- Experience in a sales and revenue operations or data analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for using data to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
