Full Job Description
Role Summary

Voyager is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and is part of the Finance Department. Revenue Operations Analyst will be an expert Salesforce user, building reports, dashboards, and forecast pipelines that support FFP&A forecasting, annual budgets, and executive decision making. A dedicated Salesforce administrator supports system configuration, so your focus is analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role is remote and may require periodic travel to Voyager sites for key events and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership.
  • Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
  • Extract data from Salesforce and validate it ensuring accuracy.
  • Support system processes and workflows that help the team move opportunities forward, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate across departments to address operational needs as they arise.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in one or more disciplines within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts and pipeline analysis and extracting data for financial use.
  • Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
  • Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or a comparable ERP.
  • Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience supporting annual budget development and FFP&A forecasting.
  2. Experience building executive-level pipeline analysis and dashboards.
  3. Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (custom fields, report types) sufficient to specify requirements to an administrator.
  4. Familiarity with BI tools or SQL.

Travel Requirements

This role is primarily remote. Periodic travel to Voyager sites is expected for key program milestones, kickoff events, and team meetings, up to 10% including the possibility of overnights.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000
