We're looking for a highly organized and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Administrator to own and optimize our GTM technology stack, enhance core workflows, and ensure CRM data integrity.

What You'll Do- Serve as the primary administrator for core GTM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus)
- Drive platform optimization, user adoption, integrations, and scalability
- Act as the first line of support for system-related issues
- Develop and maintain training resources to improve adoption and efficiency
- Build and maintain assignment rules, approval workflows, and handoff processes
- Improve operational efficiency through automation across systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports across key metrics (ARR, pipeline, win rates, sales cycle, etc.)
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales Leadership and Executive teams
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to administer and optimize compensation plans
- Manage quotas, territories, commissions, and attainment tracking
- Support deal approvals across pricing, discounting, and contract structure
- Partner cross-functionally on non-standard commercial terms
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align systems, data, and reporting
- Act as a key connector across GTM teams
- Establish and maintain data standards and integrity within core systems
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Support strategic decisions through analysis on sales performance, territories, and campaign effectiveness
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong Salesforce CRM administration experience (required)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Ringlead, or Seismic is a plus
