Full Job Description
Job Description:

We're looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to own the marketing partnership with our Enterprise sales team in North America. You'll be the go-to marketing partner for account executives, their leaders, and BDRs - someone who understands the Enterprise buying journey, earns trust with sellers, and consistently delivers programs that open doors, deepen customer relationships, and help close business. This role is hands-on: you'll run customer webinars, field events, and targeted gifting campaigns, then measure what worked and do more of it. You won't be handed a playbook; you'll help write one.

Who you're committed to being:
  • You collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, deeply understanding objectives, products, markets, and buyers, and you use critical thinking to make recommendations that drive the best outcomes for the business
  • You take ownership and accountability, maintaining rigorous standards for planning, execution, and follow-through while ensuring visibility into deliverables, budgets, and risks
  • You assume positive intent, maintain an open mind, and work with a team-first attitude; you're comfortable with healthy debate and creative conflict that lead to innovation and results
  • You communicate proactively, give and receive constructive feedback professionally, and contribute to healthy discussion
  • You evaluate campaign efficacy using pipeline metrics and engagement trends to optimize future planning and drive continuous improvement

What you'll do:
  • Build strong working relationships with Enterprise account executives, sales managers, and BDRs; join their meetings and QBRs to stay close to pipeline, territory priorities, and account-level needs
  • Bring proactive marketing ideas to the table and serve as a strategic advisor by uncovering opportunities and addressing business challenges that support their accounts
  • Act as the connective tissue between the Enterprise sales team and the broader marketing organization, creating shared goals and joint efforts
  • Own the end-to-end execution of customer webinars, such as topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, production, and follow-up
  • Plan and implement field events (dinners, roundtables, and local experiences) that bring together prospects, customers, and sales
  • Run targeted gifting and direct mail campaigns that support account-based plays and keep Pluralsight top of mind with key buyers
  • Manage program logistics: vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, invitations, communications, and lead handoff to sales
  • Track attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion for every program; share regular performance updates with sales and marketing collaborators with clear takeaways and recommendations
  • Use data to decide what to repeat, what to adjust, and what to stop

Experience you'll bring:
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with time spent in field marketing, demand generation, or a customer-facing marketing role
  • A track record of running events and programs that sales teams actually value
  • Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS sales motion and how marketing fits into longer, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with direct mail or gifting campaigns
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for field events and team offsites
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you'll love working here:
  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.
  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.
