The Opportunity:

Join the CACI team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare and operations expertise. CACI is hiring Return on Investment (ROI) Specialists on a program that delivers mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. This role is responsible for cost-benefit analysis, producing readiness metrics and analyzing and evaluating financial and strategic returns while applying provide ROI methodologies to ensure that every resource delivers measurable, mission-aligned results.

These positions are contingent upon award of the contract and will be located in Tampa, FL and Fayetteville, NC.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates the financial, strategic, and mission-capability returns on major defense investments

  • Ensure that resources deliver optimal readiness and economic value

  • Calculating the financial costs of programs against non-financial or mission-related benefits

  • Assessing how investments improve operations Acquisition Reform: Utilizing private-sector financial practices to minimize total lifecycle costs in defense acquisitions

  • Routinely utilizes ROI Methodology to perform strategic analysis

  • Active TS-SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
