Full Job Description
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in both clinical care and pharmacy operations:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, including dosage, interactions, and therapeutic outcomes
  • Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) to ensure patient safety and optimal care
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use, side effects, and health management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to recommend therapy improvements
  • Respond to clinical questions from patients and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and medication profiles
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, including controlled substance management
  • Support cost-effective pharmacy operations and workflow efficiencies
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by guiding and supporting pharmacy staff

What You Bring
