Job Description:Retail Sales Operations ManagerHouston, TX (Based in Houston with travel within Texas and to California, Arizona, Florida, Atlanta, North Carolina)
This position is accountable for the profitable achievement of executing Field objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and team managed. Responsible for its assigned team's sales productivity and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results. Manages all aspects of running an efficient operations team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct-report contractors.
What are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in new client and supplier development
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Ability to travel 30%+
What would be your key responsibilities?- Responsible for the planning, communication & execution of the Team's Field Operations.
- Focused on the vision and objectives in the medium and long term to ensure sustainable growth of the channel's route to market.
- Build collaborative plans with 3rd Party agencies to ensure field execution and merchandising plan.
- Implement Field KPI'S with internal and external teams.
- Manage and plan the budget for the channel's route to market considering the impact of its decisions on P&L to guarantee earnings for the company.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 82,778.00 - USD 113,820.00
