What you'll do:

• Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, alignment, and standardization for retail pharmacy services or assignedregion/business line. Implement strategic and operational initiatives including new services and programs, revenueenhancement, expense reduction, managed care utilization systems, and strategies. Responsible for ensuringperformance excellence in terms of quality, safety, service, affordability, and technology. Oversees drug utilizationmanagement efforts, manages educational activities, and provides subject matter expertise in assigned areas.

What you'll need:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy is required. Advanced or Masters degree preferred (e.g., PharmD,MBA).

Licensure/Certification:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License. Current vaccination certification or willingness to obtainone.

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as a retail pharmacist. Three (3) years of pharmacy managementexperience preferred.

Other Job Requirements:

• Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
• Must be able towork concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals havingdiverse personalities and work styles.
• This position requires visual acuity, keen hearing, clear distinctive speech, and manual dexterity.
• This position mayrequire potentially prolonged periods of continued walking, standing, stooping, sitting, bending, pulling, and pushing.
• Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.
