Your contributions will include:
- Executing the global marketing plan and calendar, with a focus on activities for children, for LEGO Retail in the Americas (AMS), and serving as an ambassador for initiatives across other LEGO Group Business Units.
- Collaborating with the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) team to act as the regional lead and expert in executing key campaigns, ensuring strong local implementation and relevant activations that enhance product awareness and drive traffic to LEGO Retail.
- Supporting the execution of in-store events and play activations that attract families and children to LEGO Stores.
- Assisting in the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) process, serving as a key contact for market integration on children's campaigns, and exploring new opportunities within the LEGO ecosystem.
- Transforming key shopper insights into actionable marketing strategies to deliver more meaningful experiences to shoppers and consumers.
- Identifying and implementing tailored, market-driven marketing programs that are regionally relevant and contribute value to the shopper experience.
Play your part in our team succeeding This position is part of the LEGO Retail AMS Regional Marketing team within the global Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) department of the LEGO Retail organization. This role will act as one of our primary team leads for our Kids Audience. Campaign focus areas will be on Boys (secondary), Girls and Preschool.
The role involves collaborating with a team of marketers dedicated to executing impactful marketing campaigns in our region, aimed at driving traffic and conversion for LEGO branded stores and LEGO.com. We strive to deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers, working closely with Operations to ensure robust in-store execution, as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimize eCommerce traffic. Additionally, we collaborate with BU Brand Teams across the LEGO Group to enhance local activities and ensure seamless integration across the business.
Do you have what it takes?- Extensive retail or trade marketing experience, with strong knowledge of in-store shopper touchpoints, retail operations, and event execution.
- Proven track record developing in-store materials, including agency collaboration.
- Experience delivering earned media campaigns.
- Skilled at turning shopper insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Resilient, energetic, and results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong collaborator, able to engage effectively at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently and within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Ambitious, innovative, and a true team player.

CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
