Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is primarily responsible for defining the field strategy and consolidating sellout responsibilities regionally for North and Central America. You will guide and support the commercial and field teams with information and materials to improve their efficiency in their daily tasks by developing, implementing, and maintaining new working tools.

What you'll get to do

1. Field Team Leadership & Operational Transformation:
• Directly manage the field team, fostering efficiency and excellence in execution
• Partner with Account managers to define and deliver ambitious commercial targets - partner between KAM and Retail Manager
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Merchandising to uphold retail excellence standards across touchpoints
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Demand Planning on stock management, forecasting, and seamless launch execution
• Drive capability building through structured, high-impact training programs in collaboration with the Training & Education team
• Coordinate resource allocation and logistic with Marketing & Sales Department (Uniforms, Incentives...)
• Facilitate efficient communication channels between field teams and corporate offices to promote transparency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine the field organization and effectively allocate resources where they are needed most.
• Drive initiatives aimed at boosting global productivity through innovative practices and performance metrics such as Incentives.
• Pilot all initiatives supporting field team: Incentives, product allocations etc...

2. Global Staffing Strategy & Sales Support:
• Consolidate and monitor Sell-through investments.
• Assist the Sales Director in formulating a transparent and effective staffing strategy that aligns with the company's three-year plan.
• Support the sales team in creating and overseeing annual staffing plans to ensure they meet the organization's objectives.
• Provide the sales team actionable insights by conducting thorough analyses of profitability metrics, helping optimizing staffing decisions.
• Monitor and analyze staffing investments and support budget building & commercial strategy.

3. Monitor model efficiency:
• Own the full all retail performance KPIs at the point-of-sale
• Drive productivity and profitability per door, ensuring sustainable performance
• Advise and support Account managers on optimizing terms & conditions and strategic frameworks

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:
• Perfume and Cosmetics Industry and/or Travel Retail experience
• Strong agility and use of Excel
• Strong numeracy understanding
• 5+ years Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree (economics or business related)
• Excellent command of English AND Spanish
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Business Acumen
• Strong IT knowledge
• Able to work independently but in a collaborative way. At ease in a support function.
• Solution oriented approach - Flexibility and ability to work on various assignments.

Ability to travel 50% of the time.
