Wage Range: Min: $74,513, Mid: $97,454, Max: $120,394A Brief OverviewThe Retail Initiatives Manager is the operational liaison and communications lead bridging frontline teams and operational partners to ensure process and application/service changes balance efficiency with customer impact. The Retail Initiatives Manager coordinates cross-functional initiatives by participating in key meetings, maintaining project plans within project management software, summarizing outcomes, and escalating risks/issues to directors and executives while helping drive solutions. The Retail Initiatives Manager supports frontline readiness by identifying training gaps and serving as an area process expert-maintaining strong knowledge of procedures and systems while monitoring internal/external impacts.
What you will do - Leads Retail-related special projects including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, system conversions, and department implementations, working with other departments and branches to ensure a smooth transition for both employees and customers.
- Uses the Bank's project management platform to track and report on project milestones and overall project status.
- Maintains strong knowledge of retail processes, procedures, and systems and keeps abreast of internal and external challenges that may impact the Retail Banking space.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Retail operating policies and procedures to mitigate risk and in compliance with banking regulations.
- Works closely with senior leaders to assess training needs and performance deficiencies and collaborates with others to close performance gaps.
- May manage vendor relationships related to Retail services.
Other Qualifications/Requirements - H.S. Diploma or GED Business or Management and minimum 5 years project management and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years retail frontline and/or operations support Preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
