Key Responsibilities- Lead daily retail store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop retail team members.
- Implement sales, merchandising, and visual presentation strategies.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate company initiatives.
- Monitor store performance and analyze reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and retail programs.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused work environment.
- Support employee career development and performance management.
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of retail experience.
- 3+ years of retail management or leadership experience.
- Experience with merchandising and visual presentation.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret reports and implement operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.
