What will you do?- Develop and execute channel strategies that support the growth of Schneider Electric's Home Solutions portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen category performance.
- Lead shopper marketing and omnichannel programs that enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
- Evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Support the launch and commercialization of new products and solutions across retail channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, overcome challenges, and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders and drive execution through collaboration rather than direct people management.
What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Retail Sales, National Account Management, Channel Management, Category Management, Business Development, or Shopper Marketing.
- Demonstrated success managing national retail customers and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Experience working with major Canadian retailers such as Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, category management, and customer planning.
- Experience within HVAC, Smart Home, Electrical, Energy Management, Connected Technologies, Consumer Electronics, or adjacent industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and long-term growth strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 35% nationally

The expected pay range is CAD 129,600 - CAD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
