  • Promouvoir des habitudes de travail sécuritaires participer aux activités du comité de santé et de sécurité
  • Veiller à l'application des lois et règlements en matière de santé, sécurité et d'environnement au travail;
  • Assurer la conformité de l'organisation en matière d'environnement (prise d'échantillons, gestion des matières dangereuses, rapports environnementaux, etc.)
  • Gérer et maintenir les différents programmes, les politiques, les procédures et autres éléments en santé et sécurité afin d'assurer leur conformité aux exigences légales et corporatives;
  • Réaliser ou collaborer aux analyses de risques dans l'usine ainsi qu'aux enquêtes d'accidents;
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires des plans d'action et des mesures correctives en SSE;
  • Participer à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de divers projets SSE
  • Développer du matériel et offrir de la formation en santé et sécurité conformément aux exigences légales et corporatives;


Vos compétences et votre expertise

Pour réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M exige (au minimum) les qualifications suivantes :

  • Diplôme d'étude collégiale ou universitaire ou plus (terminé et vérifié avant le début d'emploi).
  • Trois (3) ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité dans un environnement privé, public, gouvernemental ou militaire.

  • Promote safe work habits and participate in health and safety committee activities
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to occupational health, safety, and the environment
  • Ensure the organization's environmental compliance (sampling, hazardous materials management, environmental reporting, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain various health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and other elements to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
  • Conduct or assist with risk analyses in the plant as well as accident investigations
  • Carry out the necessary follow-up on EHS action plans and corrective measures
  • Participate in the development and implementation of various EHS projects
  • Develop materials and provide health and safety training in accordance with legal and corporate requirements


Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • College or university degree or higher (completed and verified prior to employment start date)
  • Three (3) years of health and safety experience in a private, public, government, or military environment


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic or international travel
