Pratt & Whitney Canada recherche un Responsable PLM BOM (3DX) pour diriger le déploiement de la solution 3DX (Delmia) de Dassault Systèmes.

Ce rôle est essentiel pour activer le fil numérique, en garantissant que les nomenclatures d'ingénierie, de fabrication et de service soient connectées de manière fluide et gérées de façon cohérente tout au long du cycle de vie. Vous serez responsable de bout en bout de la création, de la transformation et de l'alignement des nomenclatures, depuis la définition d'ingénierie jusqu'à la fabrication, l'assemblage et le soutien.

En tant que Responsable de la chaîne de valeur, vous piloterez la transformation des processus en maximisant l'utilisation des fonctionnalités standards de 3DX Delmia. Vous veillerez à ce que la configuration et, si nécessaire, la personnalisation soient appliquées de manière cohérente à travers la chaîne de valeur de gestion des nomenclatures, favorisant ainsi la standardisation, la traçabilité et l'efficacité.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Assurer la responsabilité de la chaîne de valeur de gestion des nomenclatures, en garantissant la cohérence et l'intégration entre nomenclature d'ingénierie (EBOM), nomenclature de fabrication (MBOM) et nomenclature de service (SBOM).
  • Favoriser le fil numérique en permettant la connectivité et la traçabilité des données BOM à travers la conception, la fabrication, l'assemblage et le soutien.
  • Collaborer avec l'ingénierie, la fabrication, les opérations et le soutien pour recueillir les besoins et harmoniser les pratiques de gestion des nomenclatures.
  • Piloter la transformation des processus afin de maximiser l'utilisation des fonctionnalités standard de 3DX Delmia et limiter le recours aux solutions personnalisées.
  • Garantir que les configurations et personnalisations nécessaires soient appliquées de manière cohérente dans les processus liés aux nomenclatures.
  • Diriger les activités de conception (blueprinting), de validation, de tests (SIT, UAT) et de déploiement pour la gestion des nomenclatures.

Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • +8 ans d'expérience en PLM, ERP ou gestion des données produit (PDM), avec une spécialisation en gestion de nomenclatures ou en gestion de configuration.
  • Expérience pratique avec Dassault Systèmes 3DX (Delmia, ENOVIA, CATIA) ou d'autres plateformes PLM.
  • Solide connaissance des structures EBOM, MBOM et SBOM et de leur intégration dans le cycle de vie produit.
  • Expérience démontrée en transformation de processus et en alignement des pratiques BOM avec les capacités PLM de l'entreprise.
  • Expérience dans la mise en œuvre du fil numérique reliant ingénierie, fabrication et soutien.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, facilitation et gestion des parties prenantes.

Formation requise
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en ingénierie, en fabrication, en systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe (ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience).

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a PPLM BOM Value Stream Owner (3DX) to lead the deployment of Dassault Systèmes' 3DX (Delmia) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution with accountability for the Bill of Materials (BOM) management value stream.

This role is critical to enabling the digital thread by ensuring that engineering, manufacturing, and service BOMs are seamlessly connected and consistently managed across the lifecycle. You will provide end-to-end ownership of BOM creation, transformation, and alignment from engineering definition through manufacturing, assembly, and sustainment.

As the Value Stream Owner, you will drive process transformation by maximizing the use of out-of-the-box 3DX Delmia capabilities. You will ensure that configuration and, when necessary, customization are applied consistently across the BOM management value stream, enabling standardization, traceability, and efficiency.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Own the BOM management value stream, ensuring consistency and integration from engineering BOM (EBOM) through manufacturing BOM (MBOM) and service BOM (SBOM).

  • Partner with IT and functional leaders to ensure system solutions align with business requirements and enterprise practices.
