The Lincoln Brand Manager serves as the dedicated field representative responsible for driving Lincoln brand performance across a portfolio of approximately 25-30 Lincoln stores. This individual acts as the primary link between Ford/Lincoln corporate objectives and dealership execution, working hand-in-hand with dealers and the Ford zone manager to elevate the luxury customer experience, strengthen sales performance, and ensure consistent brand standards across the assigned market.

The Lincoln BDM, is the direct Company interface with our Lincoln Retailers. The BDM is responsible for overall
performance of assigned Retailers including achieving Business Plan objectives in sales/share, client experience and other key metrics. They act as an advisor and a facilitator with each Retailer and management team to help identify and quantify opportunities, work with dealers to establish key goals, next steps and follow through to achieve objectives. BDMs are assigned zones that cover a specific geographic area. This job will support Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada stores.

Overnight travel is required.

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively with the Ford zone manager to support wholesale allocation, including development of merchandising plans.
  • Assist dealers with inventory management and provide them with fast turning reports.
  • Establish monthly Lincoln sales targets and work closely with dealers to achieve them.
  • Assist in launching Lincoln tier II advertising campaign awareness through coordination and maximizing dealer tier II participation and effectiveness.
  • Establish and improve the overall Lincoln in-dealership Luxury experience in top luxury market dealers
  • In-dealership training for Lincoln experience including product training.
  • Continue to implement and measure Dealership Lincoln Operating Standards throughout facility including all customer touch points (sales, service).
  • Help launch in-dealership and in-market luxury experience programs.
  • Improve Lincoln sales and service satisfaction, sales and service loyalty metrics, and Lincoln Experience metrics.


Qualifications
