Titre du poste : Responsable de module - Systèmes de commande

Vous êtes responsable d'importantes tâches de validation des systèmes de commande des moteurs et des produits. Pour ce faire, vous travaillez directement avec plusieurs équipes de l'entreprise. Vous devez donc posséder de bonnes capacités à obtenir l'adhésion d'autrui, à résoudre les problèmes et à trouver un consensus entre les parties prenantes.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil, QC du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

En plus de contribuer au développement et à la certification des essais moteurs dans différents programmes, vous devez :
  • préparer et configurer les systèmes des véhicules et des cellules d'essai;
  • assurer l'approvisionnement des composants matériels destinés aux moteurs et établir la liste des instruments nécessaires aux essais;
  • effectuer les réglages matériels et les modifications des logiciels de commande nécessaires au respect de nos procédures de qualité;
  • intégrer les bancs d'essai et les systèmes de commande afin de mener à bien des essais sur les composants d'ingénierie;
  • valider les outils de communication relatifs aux moteurs afin d'assurer l'efficacité des procédés de fabrication;
  • participer aux campagnes d'essais en vol des moteurs par l'entremise de documentation relative à l'autorisation de vol;
  • résoudre les lacunes et les problèmes techniques liés à l'assemblage ou aux essais des moteurs, notamment en ce qui concerne les outils, les instruments, la configuration et les données d'essai;
  • soutenir l'équipe d'intégration de produit de l'Ingénierie;
  • contribuer à la préparation de la production;
  • produire des rapports où sont documentés les résultats de l'assemblage, des essais et du démontage des moteurs.


Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir
  • Diplôme universitaire ou technique en ingénierie avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle
  • Domaine d'études : aéronautique, aérospatiale, mécatronique, électricité, robotique, avionique
  • Atouts : logique de commande, électronique, microcontrôleurs, automates programmables, systèmes en temps réel
  • Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projets
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques et des produits (moteurs)
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles, esprit d'équipe et aptitudes à la communication
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques (Office 365, Atlassian, etc.)
  • Disponibilité pour des voyages d'affaires occasionnels

Job title : Controls Module Owner

You will be responsible for important engine & product control system validation tasks, working directly with multiple teams within the company. This will require a strong ability to lead through influence, find solutions and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Support of development and certification engine testing for various engine programs:
  • Prepare and configure test vehicle and test cell systems.
  • Procurement of engine hardware and define instrumentation for testing needs.
  • Prepare hardware and control software modifications to our Quality procedures.
  • Synthesize rig setups and controllers to carrying engineering component test activities.
  • Perform validation of engine communication support tools for robust industrialization.
  • Supports engine flight test campaigns with flight release documentation.
  • Resolving engine assembly and/or test discrepancies and technical challenges, i.e. tooling, instrumentation, configuration, and test data.
  • Support to engineering integrated product team.
  • Production readiness support.
  • Documentation of engine assembly, test, and strip findings through reports.

  • University or Technology degree in engineering with at least 2 years work experience.
