Respiratory Therapy Clinical Coordinator

$35.52 - $53.28 an hour - Full-time Days, 36 hours per week
+$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Clinical Coordinator who is a leader, mentor, and role model. Is responsible for the department in the absence of the Manager and/or Director. Represents the staff through growth, change, and problem resolution.

Qualifications
• Successful completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required by licensure within 12 months of hire
• Colorado State License for Respiratory Therapist
• Requires RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) with initial certification from NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) verified
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required within conditional period
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required within conditional period
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) encouraged but not required
• One year of respiratory therapy experience within hospital setting preferred.
• Minimum of 12 months of acute care RT experience.

• Maintains knowledge of hospital and department policies, standards and procedures in order to be an effective resource and leader.
