Respiratory Therapist
Full Time - AM or PM shifts
$40-$45 DOE
Arbor Hills, a Generations Healthcare facility is in search of a Respiratory Therapist to join our team!
We are looking for a CA licensed Respiratory Therapist that will provide therapy to residents skilled nursing facility located in La Mesa 91942.Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities have an outstanding reputation in the healthcare industry with a high rating for quality patient care. Position Overview: The primary role of the Respiratory Therapist is to perform safe respiratory procedures as ordered by physicians. Responsible for patient assessments, plan implementation, care plans, implementation of respiratory policies and procedures, integration of a respiratory care program with nursing, provide staffing/patient education and providing appropriate aspects of quality patient care while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company's regulations.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to): - Exam patients with cardiopulmonary disorders or breathing problems.
- Perform diagnostic tests on the lung capacity of the patient.
- Cooperate with physicians to help develop treatment plans.
- Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Respiratory Care instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of Respiratory Care procedures.
Qualifications: - Graduated from an accredited School for Respiratory Care, and is able to practice unencumbered, and is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Active CA Licensed as a Respiratory Care Therapist.
- Exudes professionalism in presentation.
