Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and appropriateness of care for adults, pediatrics, and neonates.
  • Meet departmental and hospital standards as set by management.

What you'll do:
  • Under general direction of the department manager, according to departmental and hospital standards, the Respiratory Care Practitioner Coordinator, coordinates and monitors the delivery of Respiratory Care services hospital wide (Adults, Pediatrics, and Neonatal) ensuring quality and appropriateness, by supervising all personnel on the assigned shift as well as providing leadership as a clinical resource for defined services.

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association within 90 days of hiring
  • Associate degree (bachelor's degree within 18 months of starting)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred at time of hire/transfer
  • 3-5 years experience with neo/peds population
  • 6-10 years experience with neo/peds population preferred


Pay Range: $36.50 - $54.35 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
