Minimum 8 years of experience supporting workforce management, resource management, staffing coordination, human resources, or program operations for Government or Department of Defense programs.
Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
Experience coordinating workforce planning, personnel assignments, staffing actions, and resource utilization across complex Government programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience utilizing Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Deltek Costpoint, Workday, SAP, or other workforce and resource management systems.
Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent workforce management certifications are preferred.
