What You'll DoAs Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage daily field operations and maintain safe, organized jobsites
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
- Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication
- Track project progress, schedules, and milestones
- Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs
- Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
- Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
