About the JobWe9re growing and looking for an experienced Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from planning through completion.
The Role:You9ll oversee project delivery, client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination while working closely with our President, Estimators, Superintendents, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities include:- Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities.
- Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct site visits and monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
- Track project costs and performance.
- Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator.
What You Bring:- 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience.
- Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, landscape architecture, project management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
- Valid driver9s license with a clean record.
