About the Job

We9re growing and looking for an experienced Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from planning through completion.

The Role:

You9ll oversee project delivery, client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination while working closely with our President, Estimators, Superintendents, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities.
  • Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
  • Track project costs and performance.
  • Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience.
  • Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, landscape architecture, project management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organization.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
  • Valid driver9s license with a clean record.
