About the JobThis is a leadership role focused on project management, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead residential landscape construction projects from planning through final completion.
- Work closely with the President, Estimators, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and oversee all phases of construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Track project costs, reporting, and overall performance.
- Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator to maintain smooth project operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oakridge quality standards.
What We're Looking For:- Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of residential landscape construction experience.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, elevations, layouts, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
