About the Job

This is a leadership role focused on project management, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead residential landscape construction projects from planning through final completion.
  • Work closely with the President, Estimators, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and oversee all phases of construction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Track project costs, reporting, and overall performance.
  • Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oakridge quality standards.


What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of residential landscape construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, elevations, layouts, and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
