Residential Roofing Sales & Project Manager - Phoenix
Compensation: Commission-Based | Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000+
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Key Responsibilities
- Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
- Inspect residential roofs, identify customer needs, and present clear repair or replacement options.
- Serve as the homeowner's primary point of contact from the initial consultation through project completion and final payment.
- Prepare proposals and project documentation, then coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Residential roofing, restoration, in-home sales, or outside sales experience is preferred; a strong record of sales success may substitute.
- Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, plus comfort using a smartphone and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb and inspect roofs when needed.
